Welcome to Home Baked! I'm Melissa, and I love to bake. Yeah, it's kind of an addiction. (The taste testing isn't a bad gig, either.) I've been baking something or other since I was old enough to wield a rolling pin. There were some crazy after school baking sessions at our house before the parents got home! (Mint-flavored layer cake, anyone?) This blog is my place to catalog the yumminess. It's all I have left after the crumbs are swept away and the cake plate is washed!
